智通财经APP获悉，周一，赛富时(CRM.US)宣布与谷歌(GOOG.US,GOOGL.US)达成一项价值数十亿美元的长期合作协议，双方将在客户关系管理(CRM)软件、Agentforce AI助手以及Data Cloud解决方案等领域展开深度集成，并与Google Cloud实现无缝对接。
此次合作将进一步加强Google Workspace与赛富时基于人工智能(AI)的CRM工具的整合，为共享客户提供更强大的AI模型、数据分析以及智能代理(Agentic AI)功能。尽管赛富时目前主要依赖亚马逊(AMZN.US)的AWS云计算服务，但这一举措无疑加深了其与谷歌在云计算领域的合作关系。据媒体报道，该协议总价值达25亿美元，合作期为七年。
这一消息发布之际，Google Cloud近期还宣布与ServiceNow(NOW.US)建立合作关系，在Google Distributed Cloud平台上提供IT服务管理和安全解决方案。
此外，赛富时计划于本周三美股收盘后公布其2025财年第四季度财报。市场分析师预计其调整后每股收益为2.61美元，营收预计为100.4亿美元。
