Keppel DC REIT (SGX:AJBU) issued 5.8 million new units at an average price of SG$2.1487 each to pay management and acquisition fees, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The issuance covers fees for the fourth quarter of 2024 and performance fees for the full year, including its interests in Amsterdam, Tokyo, and Singapore data centers. It also includes acquisition fees for Keppel DC Singapore 7 and 8.
Following the transaction, the manager holds about 1.05% of the REIT's total issued units.
