SBA Communications raised its quarterly dividend 13% to $1.11 a share from 98 cents.
The wireless infrastructure operator said Monday the new dividend will be paid March 27 to shareholders of record March 13.
The new payout, equal to $4.44 a year, represents an annual yield of 2.1% based on Monday's closing price of $212.84.
SBA said it had $693.7 million in fourth-quarter revenue, a 2.8% increase from the previous year. It logged a profit of $173.6 million, or $1.61 a share, compared with $109.5 million, or $1.01 a share, the previous year.
