智通财经APP讯，中金公司(03908)发布公告，该公司2023年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券(第一期)(品种一)由于本次回售达到全额回售，在2025年1月17日兑付本期债券剩余全额本金及2024年1月17日至2025年1月16日期间相应利息，发行人对本次回售债券进行转售，转售金额为0元，注销债券金额10亿元，将于2025年3月6日在上海证券交易所提前摘牌。
公告称，本期债券简称“23中金G1”，票面利率为3%。
