智通财经APP获悉，声网母公司Agora, Inc.(API.US)公布了2024年第四季度及全年财务业绩。财报显示，Agora Q3营收为3450万美元，同比下降4.4%，符合该公司此前预期的处于3400万美元-3600万美元之间。在Non-GAAP会计准则下，净利润为180万美元，上年同期净利润为140万美元，同比增长28.6%。
业务聚焦中国市场的声网实现营收1.222亿人民币(1710万美元)，同比下降17.6%;聚焦非中国市场的Agora实现营收1740万美元，同比增长13.7%。
在客户规模方面，截至2024年12月31日，声网活跃客户数量达1979个，同比下降7.8%，Agora活跃客户数量达1723个，同比增长2.4%。
在2024年全年，Agora营收为1.333亿美元，同比下降5.9%;在Non-GAAP会计准则下，净亏损为1940万美元，上年同期净亏损为2990万美元。业务聚焦中国市场的声网全年营收为4.896亿人民币(6880万美元)，同比下降13.7%;聚焦非中国市场的Agora实现营收6450万美元，同比增长5.7%。
展望未来，根据目前可获得的信息，如果不包括某些终端低利润率产品的收入，该公司预计2025年第一季度的营收将在3100万美元至3300万美元之间。
