智通财经APP获悉，华众车载(06830)午前涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.1%，报0.203港元。
消息面上，华众车载宣布，拟收购宁波华乐特汽车装饰15%股权，现金代价450万欧元，将以内部资源拨付。根据公告，目标公司的股东权益在2024年10月31日的估值为2.3亿元，15%的股权市值为3454万元。
据悉，宁波华乐特汽车装饰主要从事制造及销售汽车零件、设计及制造高级纺织品。收购事项完成后，买方及卖方分别持有其80%及10%的股权总额。此次收购将有助于提高公司的决策效率，降低运营成本，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
