2月25日，依据香港联合交易所最新发布的权益披露数据，中国平安（02318）于2月20日以每股平均价格4.9195港元，在场内增持了中国邮政储蓄银行（01658）1308.4万股股份，涉及资金总额约6436.67万港元。此次增持后，中国平安对邮储银行的持股量增至13.91亿股，其持股比例也随之从6.94%微升至7%。

　　2025年以来，中国平安联合旗下平安人寿、平安资管等平台多次增持邮储银行H股，合计持股已超20%。

　　1月8日，平安人寿以每股均价4.5639港元增持邮储银行H股716.8万股，持股比例突破5%，达到5.01%。

　　2月6日，平安资管也出手，以每股均价4.612港元增持邮储银行H股1608.2万股，持股比例升至6.05%。

　　2月7日，中国平安出手，以每股均价4.5758港元增持邮储银行H股2481.8万股，持股比例升至6.09%。

　　2月11日，平安人寿以每股均价4.9214 港元增持邮储银行H股1686.7万股，持股比例升至6.03%。

　　2月19日，平安资管以每股均价4.6564港元增持邮储银行H股1725.6万股，持股比例升至7.02%。

　　截至2月20日，中国平安持有7%邮储银行H股；平安资管持有7.02%，平安人寿持有6.03%，合计持股达20.05%。
