财政司司长陈茂波发表新一份《财政预算案》，透露已邀请港铁公司(00066.HK) 研究将红磡站南面的临海及前码头用地打造成海滨新地标，包括兴建具特色的商业及住宅项目，提供零售、餐饮、娱乐等设施，并设立游艇会以带动游艇旅游，会在年中就土地用途提出建议。
