智通财经APP讯，维信金科(02003)发布公告，紧随要约截止及于截止公告日期(须待完成向要约人转让根据要约有效提呈的要约股份为准)，112429981股股份，占公司全部已发行股本约22.97%，由公众人士持有。因此，并不符合上市规则第8.08(1)(a)及13.32(1)条所载的最低公众持股量要求。
要约截止后，公司已向联交所申请暂时豁免严格遵守上市规则第8.08(1)(a)及13.32(1)条(“豁免”)。
于2025年2月26日，公司已获联交所授予2025年2月3日至2025年5月3日期间的豁免，惟须以刊发本公告的方式披露豁免详情。倘公司情况有变，联交所可撤回或更改该豁免。
要约人与公司正采取适当措施，以尽快恢复所要求的最低公众持股量。公司将遵照上市规则于适当时候就恢复公众持股量作出进一步公告。
