 2月26日下午，市委副书记、市长陈爱林赴广发证券公司洽谈产业基金招商，就深化务实合作进行座谈交流。广发证券副总裁欧阳西，市委常委、常务副市长刘厚，市政府秘书长齐爱社参加。

陈爱林一行首先参观了广发证券发展历程展厅，欧阳西详细介绍了中国资本市场和广发证券的发展历程，并同广发证券全资子公司广发信德就产业基金如何服务地方经济高质量发展进行了深入交流。

陈爱林强调，要积极抢抓国务院出台指导意见的政策机遇，从募资和投资“两端”精准发力，充分发挥产业基金的放大作用。

陈爱林指出，广发证券在产业基金运营管理、产业项目研究和优质项目储备等方面具有明显优势。希望广发证券根据永州产业基础、资源禀赋和区位优势，推动更多产业项目落地永州；广发信德为永州融入“金芙蓉”产业基金提供更多智力支持，助推永州产业高质量发展；双方就产业基金方面加强务实合作，实现互利共赢。

刘厚认为，永州毗邻粤港澳大湾区，山水相连、产业相融、人文相通，双方合作潜力巨大，希望广发证券提供更全面、更完善的综合金融服务。
