Nippon Prologis REIT (TYO:3283) plans to repurchase up to 50,000 investment units, equivalent to 1.8% of the outstanding units, for a maximum of 10 billion yen.
The buyback will be executed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange from Feb. 28 to May 23, according to a Thursday filing.
All repurchased units will be canceled by May 30.
