智通财经APP讯，京城机电股份(00187)发布公告，公司2023年限制性股票激励计划首次授予对象中，5人因离职、内退、工作调动等原因，已不符合激励对象条件，公司拟对其获授的全部或部分限制性股票予以回购并注销。
限制性股票的回购注销数量：18万股(均为首次授予部分)。
限制性股票的回购价格：本次拟回购的5名激励对象中，4名主动离职或内退的激励对象所持尚未解除限售的限制性股票共13万股，回购价格为人民币7.33元/股。1名因工作调动而不符合激励条件的激励对象所持尚未解除限售的限制性股票共5万股，回购价格为人民币7.33元/股加上根据中国人民银行最新发布的存款基准利率计算所得的定期存款利息之和。
