长实集团(01113)旗下香港仔黄竹坑站港岛南岸第3C期Blue Coast II，周一(24日)加推价单第5号合共62伙，折实平均呎价约22,781港元。

 

长江实业营业部首席经理郭子威称，加推单位两房及三房户各占31伙，实用面积分别446及718方呎，分布于3座D及H室。整批折实售价922.3万至1,795.9万元，呎价约20,679至25,013元，售价及呎价最低单位均为3座6楼D室两房户。

 

他指出，今批单位加价约2%，部署最快本周展开新一轮销售。最近股市向好，预计周三(26日)公布的财政预算案或有利好经济措施，随着货尾逐步减少，加上减息等因素，将对楼价有支持作用。

 

集团营业部副首席经理杨桂玲表示，Blue Coast II亦更新首4张价单，当中65个单位提价约1.3%，同时推出全新建筑期付款办法，买家签署临时买卖合约时缴付楼价5%，其后每90天再支付1%，余下92%金额于入伙后缴交。

 

此外，由3月1日至31日期间购买项目指定两房或三房，可分别获赠价值约3.8万或6.8万元的足金金砖。

 

她续称，Blue Coast II自去年10月开售以来，至今售出308伙，占可售单位约83%，套现逾40亿元。连同Blue Coast I整个系列沽出879伙，总成交额接近150亿元。
