双方将围绕无人驾驶与数智化两大核心领域展开合作，共同推动无人驾驶出行服务的普及与发展，以及AI在工业上的应用和推广。
百度集团创始人、董事长兼CEO李彦宏，宁德时代董事长兼CEO曾毓群等出席并见证签约。
双方将积极探讨各自公司及关联方优势资源的合作，包括但不限于宁德时代动力电池、换电产品及服务、滑板底盘技术在无人车产品的开发应用，以及共同探索并打造竞争力领先的无人车产品和创新的商业模式，为用户提供更便捷优质的出行服务。
作为国内领先的科技企业，百度也将以全栈自主可控的AI能力，从芯片、平台、应用层全方位支持宁德时代数智化建设，为绿色转型注入新动能，共建智慧能源新未来。
