0159 GMT - Wilmar International seems cautiously optimistic for 2025, based on the management's commentary, OCBC Investment Research's Research team says in a research report. This view is driven by the recovery of consumption demand in China and regions, the team notes. The agribusiness group's oilseeds business is expected to perform satisfactorily, particularly with record soybean crop production forecast in Brazil this year, the team says. Any potential stronger consumption-related stimulus from China's coming National People's Congress could be a catalyst for the Singapore-listed company, the team adds. OCBC raises the stock's fair value estimate to S$3.67 from S$3.54 with an unchanged buy rating. Shares are 0.6% higher at S$3.15. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
