超微电脑公司（Super Micro Computer）的股价飙升了 21%，这家科技公司在纳斯达克规定的上市期限内，向美国证券交易委员会提交了最近一个财年的财务业绩报告。

　　该公司表示，在申报要求方面，它已 “重新符合” 纳斯达克的规定。

　　财报显示，超微电脑2024年下半年营收为116.15亿美元，较上年同期的57.85亿美元增长100.8%；毛利为14.46亿美元，上年同期的毛利为9.18亿美元；运营利润为8.78亿美元，上年同期的运营利润为5.44亿美元；净利为7.45亿美元，上年同期的净利为4.53亿美元。
