Mac Copper (ASX:MAC) issued a production guidance of 43,000 tonnes to 48,000 tonnes of copper production in fiscal year 2025, and 48,000 tonnes to 53,000 tonnes in fiscal 2026, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The mine life of its CSA copper mine in New South Wales increased to 12 years from 11 years previously.
The firm reported contained copper in ore reserves of 545,000 tonnes of copper at an average grade of 3.4% copper and 13.3 grams per tonne (g/t) of silver.
It also reported contained copper of 1 million tonnes in total mineral resources at an average grade of 5% copper and 18.5 g/t of silver.
It also added an inaugural zinc resource of 173,000 tonnes of contained zinc in the upper portion of its mine at a grade of 7.3% zinc, 0.6% copper, 2.2% lead, and 23 g/t silver.
The firm's shares fell past 2% in recent trading on Tuesday.
