宇华教育年度业绩快报：收入同比增长4.4%
2月27日，宇华教育（06169）发布截至2024年8月31日止年度之业绩公告，显示公司收入为24.85亿元，同比增长4.4%。
然而，毛利下降显著，达9.82亿元，同比下降14.4%。经调整毛利为10.27亿元，同比下降13.8%。经调整本公司股权持有人应占纯利为5.01亿元，同比减少48.3%。毛利率的下降主要源于在师资队伍、校园扩建及课程开发等方面的投资增加，导致成本上升。
在管理层讨论与分析中提到，虽然整体收入有所增长，但因扩张和提升教育质量的投资加大，导致毛利和纯利显著下降。报告期内，公司未出现重大业务变动，依然在中国和泰国运营，继续提供高中及大学教育服务。
业务分部方面，高中和大学及职业学院的收入分别为1.52亿元和23.34亿元。尽管整体收入有所增加，但由于成本的上升，导致毛利率显著下降。公司管理层将继续关注教育基础设施的改善和新校区的开设，以期在未来提升业务表现和股东价值。
