智通财经APP获悉，新氧(SY.US)宣布纳斯达克股票市场有限责任公司批准其美国存托股票(ADS)从纳斯达克全球市场转至纳斯达克资本市场的请求，每 13 股 ADS 代表 10 股 A 类普通股，转板预计于 2025 年 2 月 27 日开市时生效，不会对 ADS 交易产生影响，股票代码 “SY” 也将继续使用。
据悉，纳斯达克全球市场主要面向中型公司，要求较高的财务和流动性标准;而纳斯达克资本市场则为小型公司和成长型企业提供了一个相对宽松的上市环境，帮助它们筹集资金并提升市场知名度。
此前，公司于 2024 年 8 月 29 日收到纳斯达克通知函，指出其 ADS 连续 30 个交易日收盘价低于 1 美元，不符合上市规则 5450(a)(1)。公司有 180 个日历日，即至 2025 年 2 月 24 日前重新达到最低买入价要求。为此，公司提交了转板申请。
获得转板批准后，纳斯达克给予公司额外 180 个日历日(截至 2025 年 8 月 25 日)以重新满足最低出价要求，即公司 ADS 收盘价需连续至少 10 个交易日达到或超过 1 美元。公司表示将积极监控 ADS 收盘价，并考虑其他选择以弥补缺陷并重新达到合规要求。
