【环球网报道】路透社援引一名外交消息人士和日内瓦贸易官员的话披露，当地时间26日，美国在世界贸易组织（WTO）44个成员和乌克兰共同签署的一份谴责俄罗斯“入侵”乌克兰声明中投下弃权票。路透社称，这是自2022年俄乌冲突爆发以来，美国首次不支持这份每年都发布的声明，也是美俄关系转变的另一个信号。

　　路透社称，声明的45个签署方包括乌克兰、欧盟、英国、加拿大和澳大利亚。

　　“不支持声明的决定，与我们本周早些时候在联合国安理会和联合国大会的立场一致。”一名美国官员告诉路透社。

　　另据俄罗斯卫星通讯社报道，针对这一消息，俄罗斯常驻WTO代表普拉托诺夫回应称，“可以确认这一情况”，且上述声明“属于某些持反俄立场成员的标准表态”。

　　当地时间2月24日，联合国大会和联合国安理会先后表决通过3份涉俄乌冲突的决议草案，其间出现了被西方媒体称为“戏剧性”的一幕：美国和俄罗斯站在一起，反对美国的欧洲盟友和乌克兰。《纽约时报》引述专家评论称：“自伊拉克战争以来，美国和欧洲从未在联合国舞台上出现如此严重的分裂，目前的分歧可能更加严重。”
