Austral Gold Says Shareholder Transfers $2 Million of Credit Facility to Directors

Austral Gold (ASX:AGD) said Inversiones Financieras del Sur assigned and transferred $2 million of a $3.5 million unsecured credit facility dated Aug. 30, 2024, to two of Austral's directors, according to a filing with the ASX on Friday.

The directors were Eduardo Elsztain and Saúl Zang, who accepted the assignment of $1.7 million and $300,000 of the unsecured credit facility, respectively, effective from the date of the facility.

Eduardo Elsztain and Saúl Zang are also directors and shareholders of Inversiones Financieras.

Inversiones Financieras is Austral's largest shareholder.
