中国钱包支付集团(00802.HK) 公布，近日接获联交所额外复牌指引，要求集团采取适当步骤处理证监会调查结果，包括但不限于确定证监会调查结果对集团财务业绩的财务影响，并就此提供充分保证，同时披露足够资料，让投资者在知情的情况下对集团的财务状况作出评估；进行独立内部监控审查并证明集团已具备足够的内部监控及程序，以遵守上市规则；及证明并无有关集团管理层及╱或任何对管理及营运具有重大影响力的人士的诚信、能力及╱或品格方面的合理监管疑虑可能对投资者构成风险及损害市场信心。
中国钱包支付集团的股份已自2024年4月2日起于联交所暂停买卖，并将继续停牌，直至另行通知为止。(gc/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
