里昂发表研报指，ASMPT(00522.HK) 2024财年第四季收入处于预期的上限范围。而受到半导体及表面贴装技术部门的拖累，毛利率较预期低3.7个百分点，净利润较预期低97%。
里昂提及，对于主流设备业务而言，该板块复苏的可见度仍然较低，预计今年首季的订单量将按季持平；对于先进封装业务而言，ASMPT于今年首季由另一间全球高带宽内存厂商获得首笔订单；对于逻辑业务而言，ASMPT与领先代工厂的芯片对晶圆(C2W)的联合开发仍在进行中。
