路透上海2月27日 - 中国股市沪综指周四早盘略微低开，中金公司3908.HK601995.SS和中国银河6881.HK601881.SS回应路透有关两家公司合并的报导。
沪综指.SSEC早盘低开0.1%，沪深300指数.CSI300则近乎平开。
中国金融监管总局与国家发改委周三召开金融资产投资公司股权投资试点座谈会，会议指出，要持续总结试点经验，优化完善试点政策，推动试点工作有序扩围，为服务国家发展战略、推动产业转型升级、支持科技创新和民营经济作出积极贡献。
路透周三独家报导中金公司将与银河证券合并，成为中国第三大券商。中金公司、银河当日晚间分别发布公告称，公司未得到任何来自于政府部门、监管机构或公司控股股东、实际控制人有关合并的书面或口头信息。
美国股市标普 500 指数周三收盘变化不大，此前Nvidia(辉达/英伟达) NVDA.O发布了季度财报，其积极的前景可能为人工智能行业定下基调。（完）
