Winklevoss 批评 SEC 的监管行为给加密行业带来巨大损失，指责该机构在未制定明确规则的情况下进行执法，导致企业承担高昂法律费用及经济损失。他呼吁政府进行监管改革，包括要求 SEC 赔偿受影响企业三倍法律费用、解雇相关执法人员，并禁止滥用监管权力者再次担任政府职务。此前该机构 (SEC) 已撤回对 Coinbase 的诉讼，并终止对 OpenSea、Robinhood 和 Uniswap 的调查。
