消息面上，2月26日，诺诚健华发布公告，公司在2025年第10届美洲多发性硬化症治疗与研究委员会(ACTRIMS)年度论坛发布新型BTK抑制剂奥布替尼治疗复发缓解型多发性硬化症(简称“RRMS”)的Ⅱ期临床数据，并将于美东时间2月27日进行现场海报展示(海报代码：P094)。
研究结果表明，奥布替尼在治疗RRMS患者中展现了较高的有效性。每天一次80毫克奥布替尼的剂量显示出最佳的疗效和安全性，因此将被作为奥布替尼治疗进展型多发性硬化(PMS)III期临床试验的剂量。
