【阿特斯瞿晓铧：反对光伏企业以专利保护之名，行恶意竞争之实】金十数据2月27日讯，阿特斯创始人、董事长、首席执行官瞿晓铧在今日举行的中国光储原创技术论坛上表示，中国光伏进入了“黑暗森林”时代，专利成了内卷的武器。瞿晓铧介绍，在过去的24年中，阿特斯积累了4000多项授权专利。“我们每年都会遇到了几起国外公司发起的专利诉讼，没有输过一场官司。”“我们反对光伏企业以专利保护之名，行恶意竞争之实。阿特斯在此承诺，现在不会，将来也不会首先使用诉讼手段来解决专利纠纷。”瞿晓铧强调。此前，天合光能以专利侵权为由起诉阿特斯，索赔超10亿元。阿特斯已对此正面反击。
