金吾财讯 | 华泰证券表示，音乐产业商业化的基础来自于清晰的产权关系，清晰的确权进一步带来产业链明确的分工体系和价值兑现。从分工的角度来看，产业中的参与者在音乐产业主要承担了四个方面的价值创造，即内容创作、渠道发行、版权管理、内容鉴定。互联网技术的发展导致产业链的价值在不同参与者中发生了迁移，流媒体平台的价值在产业链中持续释放，成为带动产业发展的核心力量。海外市场音乐产业发展于19世纪后期唱片机技术的更新，经过百年的产业链塑造，形成了传统的分工体系，因此当新技术的出现时，价值分配转移需要长时间的产业链生态的合作和博弈。而国内市场，音乐商业化发展时间相对较短，产业利益格局更加松散，版权制度认知逐步形成，互联网技术在产业链的变化成为主导力量，对传统价值体系改造能力也更强。该行整体看好国内外流媒体平台长期的成长空间，尤其考虑到，国内流媒体的产业链重塑能力和产业链估值定价可比性，这两方面来看，国内流媒体平台都是中长期的优质投资选择。
