智通财经APP讯，滨海泰达物流(08348)发布公告，董事会预期本集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度可能取得约人民币500万元的本公司拥有人应占溢利，而2023年同期为取得约人民币2978万元的本公司拥有人应占溢利。董事会认为相关业绩下降的主要原因为：本公司附属公司天津丰田物流有限公司受汽车主机厂减产、进口车服务价格降低等因素影响，造成业务下滑，叠加全年优化人员结构而支付的经济补偿金因素，导致业绩出现大幅度下降;及本公司合营企业天津泰达阿尔卑斯物流有限公司及大连泰达阿尔卑斯物流有限公司，受市场环境变化及上游客户调整业务、压降价格等因素影响，业绩受到冲击。
