消息面上，理士国际近期宣布计划分拆其子公司Leoch Energy Inc.，并推动其在美国证券交易所独立上市。第一上海表示，理士国际为中国最大的铅酸电池出口商，在全球化运营方面具有显著优势。公司主要业务涵盖备用电池、汽车启动启停电池、动力电池及回收业务，产品线覆盖全球100多个国家和地区。
公开资料显示，分拆公司Leoch Energy Inc.的核心业务聚焦于在欧洲、中东和非洲、美洲及亚太地区（除中国内地、香港及澳门）销售备用电池、起动电池及动力电池等产品。国证国际认为，海外业务赴美上市有利于公司更好的运营海内外不同的业务，释放留存公司和分拆公司的市值。
