Galaxy Entertainment Group (HKG:0027) recorded an attributable profit of HK$8.76 billion for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024, a 28% increase from HK$6.83 billion in the prior year, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share were HK$2.2, compared with HK$1.562 a year ago. Fourteen analysts at Visual Alpha expected EPS to reach HK$2.09.
Revenue for the year was HK$43.43 billion, up 22% from HK$35.68 billion in the previous year. The VA estimate was for revenue of HK$42.63 billion.
The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.50 per share as an interim dividend. It is expected to be paid out on June 12.
