智通财经APP获悉，内房股继续走高，截至发稿，碧桂园(02007)涨13.92%，报0.45港元；世茂集团(00813)涨11.61%，报1.25港元；富力地产(02777)涨5.34%，报1.38港元；绿城中国(03900)涨4.78%，报12.28港元。
消息面上，国金证券指出，根据贝壳披露，春节后第三周（2月17日-2月23日）重点城市二手房的带看量保持上涨，从环比来看七大城市带看量节后第三周环比上周上涨8.3%，其中上海、深圳、杭州、苏州环比增幅超过10%。考虑到近期并未出台新增政策刺激市场，当下带看量与实时成交激增及反映潜在购房需求仍有较大释放空间，预计今年三月份楼市“小阳春”行情有望兑现。
中金认为，房地产结构性的亮点值得期待。虽然现在对土储专项债、商品房收储全国大范围铺开的预期可能为时尚早，但由于房地产的特异性很强，不排除2025年房地产政策可能出现一些结构性的亮点。中央经济工作会议提出“持续用力推动房地产市场止跌回稳，加力实施城中村和危旧房改造”，央行在2月13日发布的《2024年4季度货币政策执行报告》中也明确提出，要“加大存量商品房和存量土地盘活力度”，前一个季度的表述则是“积极支持收购存量商品房用作保障性住房，支持盘活存量闲置土地”。
