智通财经APP讯，上海复旦(01385)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度初步业绩，集团于2024年度实现营业总收入约为人民币35.90亿元，较上年度增长约1.51%。集团于2024年度实现归属于母公司所有者的净利润约为人民币5.73亿元，较上年度下降约20.43%;集团于2024年度实现归属于母公司所有者的扣除非经常性损益的净利润约为人民币4.64亿元，较上年度下降约18.94%。
于2024年度，集团各产品线所面对的市场竞争激烈，集团积极拓展新产品和新市场，并根据市场形势适时调整部分产品的销售价格以巩固或扩大市场占有率，销售量和营业收入均有所提升。受产品销售价格下降和产品结构调整影响，于2024年度集团的综合毛利率下降5.26个百分点，毛利下降约为人民币1.56亿元。
研发费用增加。于2024年度，集团持续保持了较大的研发投入，持续进行技术迭代和新品研发，不断丰富产品类型满足更多应用领域，并且加强基于多元化供方工艺的产品研发。于2024年度，研发费用约为人民币10.31亿元，较上年同期增加约为人民币2005.39万元。
减值损失计提增加。于2024年度，集团主要因高可靠客户的应收账款余额增加，计提信用减值损失较上年增加约为人民币3203.73万元。主要因存货中部分产品可变现净值下降，计提资产减值损失较上年增加约为人民币3524.86万元。
