此次出售的票据到期日为2031年5月13日，票面息率为2.956%。本集团录得约13万美元（相当于约101万港元）的收益，主要来源于购回票据成本与出售所得款项及持有期间的票面利息收入之差额。出售所得款项将用于本集团的一般营运资金，并可在出现合适投资机会时用于新投资。
