智通财经APP讯，重庆机电(02722)发布公告，公司于2025年2月26日收到控股股东重庆机电集团通知，渝富控股将以人民币50亿元对价对重庆机电集团进行增资，出资方式包括现金和非现金方式，增资完成后渝富控股将持有重庆机电集团约44.58%股权;及重庆市国资委同意将其所持有重庆机电集团35.42%股权无偿划转给渝富控股。内部重组完成后，渝富控股将持有重庆机电集团80%股权，成为重庆机电集团的直接控股股东，并成为公司的间接控股股东;而重庆机电集团仍是公司的直接控股股东，以及重庆市国资委仍是公司的最终控股股东。
