智通财经APP讯，伟源控股(01343)发布公告，于2025年2月26日，公司间接全资附属公司WGC(Wee Guan Construction Pte Ltd)接纳新加坡政府机构JTC(JTC Corporation)的租赁要约，关于该物业租赁的土地及楼宇溢价为1860万新元(不包括现行商品及服务税)。
该物业位于18 Chin Bee Drive Singapore 619865，土地面积约为9861.80平方米，并在其上建有总楼面面积约8635.76平方米的厂房。该物业现时闲置，获授权用于以下用途：(i)集团车辆维修及保养车间，(ii)停泊集团车辆;及(iii)附属宿舍。
董事认为，该物业租赁为期20年可避免(i)租赁到期或终止时无法找到合适物业搬迁的风险，原因是集团可能无法以相似及/或商业上可接纳的条款及条件续租;及(ii)集团在20年内进一步搬迁可能产生的装修开支及时间成本。
