智通财经APP讯,伟源控股(01343)发布公告,于2025年2月26日,公司间接全资附属公司WGC(Wee Guan Construction Pte Ltd)接纳新加坡政府机构JTC(JTC Corporation)的租赁要约,关于该物业租赁的土地及楼宇溢价为1860万新元(不包括现行商品及服务税)。
该物业位于18 Chin Bee Drive Singapore 619865,土地面积约为9861.80平方米,并在其上建有总楼面面积约8635.76平方米的厂房。该物业现时闲置,获授权用于以下用途:(i)集团车辆维修及保养车间,(ii)停泊集团车辆;及(iii)附属宿舍。
董事认为,该物业租赁为期20年可避免(i)租赁到期或终止时无法找到合适物业搬迁的风险,原因是集团可能无法以相似及/或商业上可接纳的条款及条件续租;及(ii)集团在20年内进一步搬迁可能产生的装修开支及时间成本。
