黑芝麻智能配售5365万股融资约12.37亿港元
2月26日，黑芝麻智能（02533）发布公告，董事会宣布根据配售协议成功配售新股份。此次配售于2025年2月26日完成，配售价格为每股23.2港元，共计配售5365万股，约占配售前已发行股份的9.33%和配售后已发行股份的8.53%。配售所得款项净额约为12.37亿港元，主要用于核心技术研发、尖端技术研发、提升商品化能力和一般运营资金等多个方面。
具体而言，配售所得款项将按计划用于研发新一代智能汽车SoC、开发自动驾驶解决方案、研发核心IP和机器人技术等。公司预计在2025年和2026年将逐步使用这些资金，确保各项技术的持续进步与市场需求的对接。此外，公告还指出，配售后公司股权结构有所变化，承配人并未成为主要股东，公众持股量仍保持在25%以上。
