智通财经APP讯，达力集团(00029)发布公告，公司预期截至2024年12月31日止6个月将取得股东应占综合净亏损约港币4200万元，相比集团截至2023年12月31日止6个月(“上一期间”)取得综合净溢利港币53.66亿元。该溢利减少的实际情况，主要是由于上一期间集团取得由一家合营企业分配予集团的一块土地产生的初次确认一次性公平值收益约港币53.80亿元，以及在市场气氛低迷的情况下，集团投资物业公平值由上一期间减少约港币1300万元至本期间减少约港币6400万元。上述因素为非现金性质。
