智通财经APP讯，海纳星空科技(08297)发布公告，自2024年下半年起，集团的主营业务之一的内衣业务收入持续下滑，造成集团的运营现金流比较紧张，主要体现在：
1、与内衣业务运营紧密相关的十家销售店铺(内衣业务店铺)(其中中国香港9家店铺、中国澳门1家店铺)租金和管理费的压力较大，已经开始出现无法按照租约约定时间支付内衣业务店铺租金和管理费的状况。集团虽积极筹措资金以弥补集团的运营资金需求，但仍有较大的缺口。集团已经陆续收到内衣业务店铺业主的催款函，其中一家店铺的业主也已获得土地审裁处的裁决命令，要求集团的业务公司尽快迁出所租的店铺。
2、由于一些服务款项未能即时支付，已经收到与公司有合作关系的财经印刷商、股份过户登记服务提供方、公司注册服务代理机构等合作伙伴的催款函件，其中一家服务商已向本公司发出了申索告票。
截至本公告日期，涉及向集团催收款项合计约港币300万元。
集团一方面正寻找合适的融资以充实集团的运营资金，另一方面也在审视集团内部的运营管理，在节省开支和提高运营效率方面进行努力。
