Coolpad Group (HKG:2369) resumed trading Thursday after fulfilling its resumption guidance set out by the Hong Kong stock exchange, a same-day bourse filing bourse said.
The resumption guidance included publishing all outstanding financial results, conducting an internal control review, and demonstrating compliance with the listing rules among other things, according to a Wednesday filing by the company.
Trading in the shares of the telecommunications equipment company had been suspended since April 2.
