消息面上，京基金融国际发布公告，于2025年2月19日，本公司与Ideal Capital Berhad(连同“Ideal Group”)间接非全资附属公司 MUJUR SINARJAYA SDN BHD(MUJUR)和 WRISE Group订立一份不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录(谅解备忘录)。谅解备忘录概述了本公司、MUJUR和WRISE Group之间可能开展合作，旨在通过马来西亚绿色能源项目的融资及实施探索商机(可能合作)。
本公司与MUJUR和WRISE Group目前正在探讨于可再生能源领域的合作机会。 Ideal Group的物业发展业务的其中部分为专门收购及出售马来西亚的工业用地，包括槟城科技园。
订约方拟发挥其各自在金融服务及马来西亚物业发展的优势以成立一间潜在合资公司。该合资公司将专注于槟城科技园绿色能源项目及人工智能基础设施的融资及发展，包括天然发电厂、太阳能发电站及垃圾发电设施。董事相信此举将提升订约方在区内共同推动可持续能源解决方案的能力。
