智通财经APP获悉，水泥股午后涨幅扩大，截至发稿，海螺水泥(00914)涨5.07%，报20.95港元；华新水泥(06655)涨4.39%，报7.83港元；华润建材科技(01313)涨3.87%，报1.61港元；西部水泥(02233)涨3.05%，报1.69港元。
消息面上，元宵过后，随着气温回升和建筑工地逐步复工等因素，部分地区水泥企业通知上调价格。招商证券指出，整体市场需求恢复偏弱，本周价格仍延续回落走势，但为防止价格持续回落，以及提振市场信心，价格推涨地区增多，表明企业稳价意愿增强，预计后期价格多将震荡企稳。
国泰君安则指出，水泥供给端产能限制政策近期正式进入落地期，在错峰提价走向默契，需求波动有望收窄的背景下，板块吨盈利水平 Q4 环比和 25 年同比有望迎来实质性改善，供给侧优化落地预期增强。市值管理新政对权重和破净板块要求更为严格，水泥龙头相关度最高。
