智通财经APP获悉，在超预期业绩发布后股价飙升至历史新高之际，拉美电商平台MercadoLibre(MELI.US)联合创始人兼首席执行官Marcos Galperin减持了其在该公司的部分股份。
根据周三提交给美国证券交易委员会(SEC)的文件显示，Galperin通过其Meliga No. 1 Limited Partnership出售了15万股股票，套现3.296亿美元。
作为拉丁美洲市值最高的公司，这家电子商务和金融科技巨头目前市值达1110亿美元。上周，MercadoLibre公布了创纪录的季度营收和利润，推动其股价攀升至历史新高。
根据彭博亿万富翁指数，Galperin的个人净资产达到98亿美元，此次减持是其自去年8月以来首次出售公司股票。
对于此次减持，公司发言人拒绝置评。
