China Southern Power Grid Energy Storage's (SHA:600995) controlling shareholder, China Southern Power Grid, issued medium-term bonds of 1 billion yuan to support the company, according to a Thursday disclosure with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The bonds have a coupon rate of 1.92% and a term of 1,820 days, the power company said.
The company's shares fell less than 2% in recent trade.
