Beacon Minerals (ASX:BCN) sold its remaining 33 million shares in Maximus Resources (ASX:MXR) to Astral Resources (ASX:AAR) on the basis of one Astral share for every two Maximus shares, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The shares in Astral Resources are expected to be issued by no later than March 10, the filing added.
Beacon Minerals' shares rose 4% in recent trade.
