为更好保障吴泾地区居民前往市五医院就医，闵吴线自2025年2月28日起调整走向、站点。

调整后走向：

上行自闵行起经建设路、沪闵路、江川路、瑞丽路、鹤庆路、沪闵路、剑川路、莲花南路、永德路、尚义路、剑川路、贡山路至吴泾渡口止。

下行自吴泾渡口起经贡山路、剑川路、尚义路、永德路、莲花南路、剑川路、沪闵路、鹤庆路、瑞丽路、江川路、沪闵路至闵行止。

增设站点：江川路红园路（汽轮机厂）、瑞丽路江川路（电机厂）（上行）、江川路瑞丽路（电机厂）（下行）、瑞丽路鹤庆路、鹤庆路金平路、鹤庆路兰坪路。

搬迁站点：沪闵路江川路站（往闵行方向）向南搬迁至位于沪闵路（江川路口南侧）的闵东线站点处；沪闵路江川路站（往吴泾渡口方向）向西搬迁至位于江川路（沪闵路口西侧）的闵东线站点处，并更名为江川路沪闵路。

首末班车时间：

闵行5:05—19:50

吴泾渡口5:35—20:20
