智通财经APP获悉，家电股今日回暖，截至发稿，海信家电(00921)涨4.54%，报26.5港元；美的集团(00300)涨3.69%，报75.85港元；海尔智家(06690)涨2.94%，报26.3港元；创科实业(00669)涨2.41%，报110.6港元。
申万宏源发布研报称，多地扩大以旧换新补贴品类范围。辽宁省商务厅发布了《辽宁省2025年家电以旧换新工作实施细则》，在补贴产品类别上，在国家规定的12个品类基础上，新增8个品类；山东省则将覆盖范围从原有的8大类家电扩展至12大类。此外，春节期间，家电家居、手机等以旧换新销售额超310亿元。
华泰证券指出，家电主要位于AI产业链的应用层和终端产品层，服务机器人、智能安防、影音、智能家居等或是未来AI+的主要方向。2025年2月10日国常会研究提振消费，支持促进“人工智能+消费”，更为AI+家电发展注入动力。因此，未来AI+有望驱动家电大类成长，建议关注布局领先的品牌企业。
