百济神州CFO黄智确认离任
2月26日，百济神州（688235）向多家媒体确认其大中华区首席财务官（CFO）兼全球技术运营财务负责人黄智（Eric Huang）已离任，公司将尽快启动继任者招聘程序。黄智于2020年10月加入百济神州，此前曾在诺华集团（2007-2020年）担任多个财务管理职务，包括诺华韩国国家首席财务官，主导过组织架构优化及合规体系建设。
在任期间，黄智主导了百济神州2021年12月的科创板IPO，该公司以192.60元/股的发行价登陆A股，募资221.6亿元，成为全球首家在三地（上交所、纳斯达克、港交所）上市的生物科技企业。此外，其还担任全资子公司苏济（苏州）医药的执行董事兼总经理，推动供应链及冷链运输能力建设。财务数据显示，2024年前三季度百济神州营收达191.36亿元，同比增长48.6%。
值得注意的是，这不是百济神州近三年第一次CFO变动。2024年7月，前CFO王爱军离职后由默沙东前高管Aaron Rosenberg接任。当前公司市值表现强劲，2月21日收盘，其A股市值达3107亿元，超越恒瑞医药成为国内制药板块第一，参见《财中社》之前的文章：恒瑞医药让位“医药一哥”，百济神州A股市值首度登顶。
截至发稿，公司股价报223.36元，市值达3113亿元，公司预计2025年将首次实现全年经营利润转正。
