智通财经APP获悉，龙蟠科技(02465)逆市涨超6%，截至发稿，涨+6.45%，报5.94港元，成交额3239.97万港元。
消息面上，龙蟠科技公告称，为积极拓展海外市场，提升公司在锂电材料领域的市场竞争力和海外影响力，公司三级控股子公司锂源印尼拟通过增资扩股方式引入LG新能源作为战略投资者。交易完成后，LG新能源将取得锂源印尼20%股权。
此外，国泰君安发布研报称，近日，印尼主权财富基金印尼投资局(INA)已完成对龙蟠科技在印尼的运营子公司的1.5亿美元投资。龙蟠科技成为中国内地第一家在海外部署和规模化生产的LFP正极材料制造商。该行认为INA的投资反映了印尼政府对龙蟠科技印尼工厂的大力支持。预计投资所得款项将用作一般营运资金，并用于锂源(亚太)二期的开发。此次投资对龙蟠科技来说是一个非常积极的发展。
