智通财经APP获悉，时代电气(03898)早盘涨超8%，截至发稿，涨7.12%，报33.85港元，成交额2.97亿港元。
消息面上，时代电气公布，2024年12月12日至2025年2月20日，公司共回购总计4220.04万股H股，约已发行总股本的约2.9897%及已发行H股总股数的约7.7770%。已使用资金总额为逾12.85亿元。公司已注销上述所有已回购H股股份，已发行股份减至13.69亿股。
值得注意的是，时代电气去年年底发布公告，拟收购中车商用车动力合计100%股权，股权转让对价总额约为人民币1.07亿元。于股权转让完成后，公司将直接持有中车商用车动力100%股权，中车商用车动力将成为公司的全资附属公司及中车商用车动力的财务业绩将并入该集团财务报表。
